 1)           Loadinglifter

 

 Grossweight:   1000 kg

 

 Function: Feeding the pallet ofboard to the lifter. Then it will hold in the right position tomake the board loading easily. It was control by the hydraulicsystem and photo electricityreply.

 

  2)           LoadingBelt table 

 

Grossweight:   1000 kg 

 

Function:Worker can lay down the paper with board together, and it willtransfer into the press automatically. We using Germany brandMoto.  

 

3)           Mainpress 

 

Gross weight:58000 kg

 

 Function:Laminated the products. With extra support part to enlarge thestrength of machine body. Main hydraulic valve was using germanybrand. It request cooling system for hydraulic system and secondaryrecycling heating system for heatingplates.   

 

4)           VacuumUnloading system 

 

Gross weight:2000 kg 

 

Function:After laminated, the vacuum unloading plate will take out the boardinside the press. It avoid the scratch of the board and make theworker’s job easy.   

 

5)           Unloadinglifter 

 

Grossweight:   1000 kg

 

Function: Laydown the board to the lifter. It can hold in the right position tomake the board unloading easily. It was control by the hydraulicsystem and photoelectricity reply.  

 

6)           CoolingSystem for hydraulic oil(Option)

Function:Cooling down the hydraulic oil’s temperature and extend the lift ofhydraulic parts. 

  

 

7)           Secondaryrecycling heating system(Option) 

 

Grossweight:   500 kg 

 

Function: Thepipe system with temperature control valve can keep the temperaturecorrectly and make sure it changed in small Torrance. It was thebest solution for heating system.
