Our company establish in 1989 and located in the beautiful band of Tai Lake, Luqu Yan Shan Town, Wuxi. We are a professional manufacturer producing various furring Hot press. Our capacity has reach more than 400 sets a year. And have passed ISO 9001 certification already.

Hot press produced in our factory is widely used in wood process, decoration industry and strengthen composite floor production. It is suitable in surface process of shaving board, medium fiberboard, melamine soak paper and intensify floor of high density AIO3 wear-proof paper. Types of heat roller vary from 4X8 feet, 4X9 feet, 5X8 feet , 6X8 feet, 6X12 feet etc .all kinds of short-cycle hot-pressing machine.

Our 1200T, 1400T, 1600T, 2000T,2400T, 2800T hot press is frame designed with upper oil tank, equipped with frequency conversion governor handcart, rolling bracket and automatic mechanism. The machine is under the control of PLC program therefore it has the advantage of simple operation, convenient maintenance, high productivity (1200 page /day), reasonably designed, safety & reliable, easy installation, small land area and low price. The equipment such as buffer pad, stainless steel model, sucker mechanism and auto temperature control system will be provided up to customers' requirement. We serve our customers based on one-stop conception. Our hot press now can be found in 28 municipalities, cities and autonomous regions, even in the other 13 countries of middle east and east south Asia with 5000 sets entering into over 900 users.
